2: Appointments and Walk-Ins
You can contact us through our website, by phone, or on WhatsApp to arrange an appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome, although waiting times may vary depending on the number of patients and the urgency of their needs.

We provide emergency veterinary support for pets that need urgent attention. If your pet is seriously unwell or injured, contact the clinic as soon as possible.

We offer mobile veterinary services in Sharjah and have a separate service for home visits in Dubai. Availability depends on your location, the requested service, and your pet’s condition.
Some examinations or treatments require equipment or facilities available only at the clinic. If a home visit is unsuitable, our team may recommend that you bring your pet to the clinic.

10: Cancellations and Changes
